Artem Mytnikov is a man who embraces challenges and has been thinking on a grand scale since childhood. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, he lived in Omsk until the age of 23. Even then, the world seemed too vast to stay in one place: he spent his school vacations in educational programs in the UK, and during his university years at the Faculty of International Business at Omsk State University, he lived and worked in Sydney as part of a Russian-Australian program.
His professional journey began at the Omsk branch of DHL Express, where, within just three months, he achieved such impressive results that he was invited to join the Moscow team. The next challenge was business development in another major international company, where he was entrusted with strategic leadership despite his young age—his fluency in English and deep understanding of corporate culture set him apart.
When the time came to apply his accumulated experience to the Russian market, Artem took charge of product development at SPSR. He quickly rose to the position of Director of International Development and launched cross-border delivery from international online stores, generating ₽1.5 billion in the first year. This was a game-changer—Russians gained access to affordable and efficient international logistics. Taking it further, he founded X-Ship, expanding the market and opening new opportunities for Russian online shoppers.
After the 2014 economic crisis, Artem not only launched a Russia-Switzerland logistics project, but also spearheaded initiatives that extended far beyond business. He became the visionary and organizer of the "My Home – Clean Planet" charity campaign, which mobilized thousands of volunteers for citywide cleanups across Russia’s major cities. Additionally, he established the Moscow branch of the International Institute of Applied Physiology (Australia), bringing its in-person and online courses to the Russian market.
Today, Artem is a Business Development Partner at Center-Game, where he doubles revenue annually, shapes strategic direction, and leads large-scale corporate training projects for major clients, including Sber, Alfa-Bank, RZD, RSV, Rostelecom, and Moscow State University.
In 2018, Artem embraced Buddhism. His personal interests include snowboarding, squash, guitar, vocals, psychotherapy, and iOS app development.
